Deane Lemire spent the first part of his professional carrier as an A&P Helicopter field mechanic. After only two years, he was assigned the job of maintaining CARE FLIGHT. There, he became known as the “Copter Doctor”. Deane spent eighteen years with CARE FLIGHT before transitioning to Regional Maintenance Director. Deane spent a total of twenty six years in the Aeronautics field. Shortly thereafter, he was involved in an accident that nearly took his life.
After a year of recovery, Deane found he wasn’t able to do the work that he once did. The precious dexterity needed for mechanics was diminished as well as the feeling in his arms. Needless to say, Deane wasn’t about to give up on having a career. A close friend encouraged him to get into Real Estate and he did just that.
Deane enrolled in Real Estate School in Reno, Nevada. Graduating a few months later and passing the required tests to become a licensed REALTOR, he hit the ground running. Deane’s ability to troubleshoot problems comes through in his quest to find the perfect house for his clients who are buying and helps him strategize with sellers in order to make the most out of each sale.
Deane is a very personable man. He enjoys getting calls out of the blue with requests to see a property or run a cost analysis. His fingers may have lost the dexterity needed for mechanics but he can certainly maintain a firm handshake.
